Set up a limited company in Hong Kong

Requirement :

1.    Company secretary who should be a Hong Kong resident or Hong Kong Company

2.    Hong Kong Registered address

Procedure :

1.        Fill in the application form

    a.    Prepare three company name in English and in Chinese (if any)

   b.     Director's name, ID / passport copy, address and contact number

   c.    Shareholder's name, ID / passport copy, address and contact number

    d.    Decide share's distribution

    e.   Hong Kong registered address

    f.    Contact number and Hong Kong address of Company Secretary

2.        Arrange payment to us by transfer (i.e. HKD 7,900)

3.       After payment received, we will check the company name for our client & see is it still available or not.  It will      take two working days.

4.        After confirm the company name, we will arrange all legal document within 2 to 3 working days and send it to our client by courier.

5.        After we received the signed document from client, we will send them to HK government for approval. After 10 to 12 working days, client can get back all document including certificate of incorporation, business registration, shares certificate, company chop, M & A and statutory books.

Remarks :

There is no special requirement for share capital.  Usually, it will be HKD 10,000.  Shareholders doesn't need to pay up the capital unless the company go to bankruptcy.

Set up charge :  HKD 7,100 include :

a.    Certificate of Incorporation (Include Government charge)

b.    Business Registration (Include Government charge)

c.    Statutory book

d.    Company Chop

e.    Shares certificate

f.    Memorandum and Article

g.    Courier & transportation cost
